This is my favorite boba place ever!! Between the quality of the food, drinks, and customer service—i’m in love. All the employees are soooo sweet and kind!! Me and my friend got the Brown Sugar Oreo Boba Milk Tea. THIS SPOT IS ALSO AMAZING FOR STUDYING :3!!!

Nice cozy ambience. Their drinks are so delicious. They have lots of variety of drinks and snacks. You can play games i inside and hang out with your family and friends

We’re visiting from Seattle for our daughter’s Taekwondo tournament and wanted to find a great boba spot. We’re so glad we found TSAOCAA! We ordered the Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Mango Pomelo Sago, and Guava Tea, and they were honestly some of the best drinks we’ve ever had. Every drink was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The shop is spotless, modern, and very well organized. We also tried the snacks, and they were just as delicious—especially the Korean corn dog and fried chicken. If you’re in Charlotte, NC, this place is definitely worth a visit. We highly recommend TSAOCAA and will absolutely come back the next time we’re in town! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had such a great first experience at Tsaocaa Tea Cafe yesterday! I really appreciate that they have parking, which can sometimes be scarce in Plaza Midwood.The entire staff was so kind and friendly! I appreciate that they explained in detail what each item was that I inquired about. While I love talking to people, I really appreciate that there are kiosks that you can order from if you don’t feel like talking or you are in a rush—very thoughtful! I enjoyed a slice of the Mango Passionfruit Cheesecake. It was creamy and flavorful. I found the Mango Cream Boba drink to be refreshing and tasty. I appreciate that the cup it came in is a high quality enough plastic that I can reuse it. 😊 The aesthetic is very welcoming and cute. I am excited to go back and try the Mango Pomelo Sago. I am glad they have a rewards program.

I had such a great experience at Tsaocaa! The snacks are absolutely delicious, and they offer a wide variety of milk teas that all taste amazing. It’s honestly the best bubble tea spot in Charlotte and the closest I’ve found to authentic flavors from back home. The environment is also fantastic — the space is clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated with a modern and stylish design. Everything feels very comfortable and inviting. Highly recommend!
